Christos is an Associate in Thessaloniki’s office the last 6 years with focus on the office, industrial and residential sector. Before joining Atria, he carried out academic research on the subjects of cash flow approaches and the living and housing conditions in Greece the last decade; whilst he has carried out a number of academic projects regarding urban redevelopment within Thessaloniki city center. As a part of the project team, he contributed to the successful conclusion for the lease or disposal of several properties, including a recent Digital & Global Hub established in Thessaloniki by a multinational firm, as well as to the conduct of several Advisory projects referring to the Metropolitan Area of Thessaloniki, Greece.

Christos has an extensive track record of office lease transactions and lease renewals in Thessaloniki, representing key corporate accounts, while he was a guest speaker at the Hellenic Valuation Institute’s conference in June 2022, presenting the Thessaloniki Office Market Overview & Trends.
