Biography

Officer of the Ministry of Environment and Energy. Has worked in positions of all levels of the service hierarchy on subjects such as: Land use planning, Urban planning, Urban regeneration and rehabilitation projects, Protection of traditional settlements, historic centers and listed buildings, Building regulations, among others.
Has participated, over the years, as a regular member in scientific councils of Public Governance, such as the Central Council of Urban Planning and the Central Council of Architecture (Ministry of Environment and Energy), as well as the Central Council of Contemporary Monuments (Ministry of Culture).
Speaker at councils and conference meetings regarding topics of the Ministry.
Represented the Ministry of Environment and Energy at the Biennale of Architecture in Venice (2016, 2018) as well as the international conferences of U.N. for the HABITAT III AGENDA (Quito 2016, Kuala Lumpur 2018).
Has conducted multiple studies and authored papers regarding the aforementioned scientific topics.

– Principal Coordinator of Urban Planning programs (Ministry of Environment and Energy)
– Member of the Central Council of Contemporary Monuments (Ministry of Culture)
