Mr. Danos a B.Sc (Hons) Land Management graduate of the University of Reading UK, has extensive experience and expertise in real estate in Cyprus, Greece, Serbia, Albania and Bulgaria. He is a member of the Scientific Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK), a Professional Certified Valuer, Ex board member of RICS Hellas, Examiner of the RICS, Registered Valuer as a Special Expert in Courts, former Treasurer and now a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Valuers in Cyprus, current Member of the valuations subcommittee of ETEK, Member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation, Member of the Greek Valuation Institute, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Member of the European Society of Chartered Surveyors, Member of the Hellenic Institute for Project Management, Member of FIABCI, a Chartered Environmentalist, Registered RICS Valuer (VRS), Member of the Estate Management Club and Member of ERES.
